Vice President, Marc Churchwell, from the University of West Florida.

our new Secretary, Amaya Davis, from Florida State College at Jacksonville (formerly FCCJ).

In accordance with our by-laws, the offices of President and Vice-President are
scheduled for elections at our 2010 conference. Please email or call Dr.
Fred Meine to nominate your choice for these offices. These
advanced nominations will close on March 31, 2010. However, additional
nominations will be accepted at the conference.

FL-ACME is slated to hold a short business meeting at the
CCME in Nashville. CCME is Feb. 15-18, 2009.
All members and prospective members are encouraged to attend. Please check the
agenda for location and time.
- Our next conference is
slated for April 19-21, 2009 in Destin, FL. We will be meeting in the
Sandestin Hilton Resort this year. Details and registration forms will be
coming soon.
