Early Registration: Registration forms WITH PAYMENT must be postmarked no later than March 22, 2010.  Checks or money orders are accepted.  Sorry, ACME cannot accept credit cards. 

A $50.00 service charge will be deducted from refunds requested prior to March 22, 2009.  No refunds after that date because of ACME's payment responsibilities to the conference location.

** Please note--If you are submitting your registration after March 22nd or will be registering on-site, please e-mail your registration plans and food service information to Kenneth Gonzalez at kenneth.gonzalez@saintleo.edu as soon as possible. This will greatly assist us in making the proper arrangements for a successful conference.

Presidents' Reception:

Attire for the conference is Florida business casual!  No suits, ties or formal wear!!

NEW:  Limited exhibit space is available for $100 per table (6 ft. tables in break/meal area).  If you want a table, please email your request to Kenneth Gonzalez, Treasurer.

 

Accommodations:

Ladies and Gentlemen:  Congratulations -- we have exceeded our group block!!  While the $135.00 per night rate has expired, rooms are still available for $189.00 per night. 

For those intending to stay the weekend before the conference -- please make your reservations early as possible -- the hotel tends to fill up rapidly on weekends.  Upgrades are also available for additional costs.
